2011 SCORING SYSTEM

First Round (Thursday-Friday, 03.17-18):
1 point PLUS seed*

Second Round:
2 points PLUS seed*

Third Round:
4 points PLUS seed*

Fourth Round:
8 points PLUS seed*

Semifinals:
10 points PLUS seed*

Finals:
12 points PLUS seed*

*PLUS seed - The seed of the winning team is added to the correct pick total. Example - If the 12th seed wins and your weight is 1, then 13 points would be credited for the Win.

HOW TO WIN

Step 1

If you don't already have a cbssports login, you will be prompted to create one. This is how we know who you are.

Step 2

Follow the instructions and make your picks!

Note: You'll have access to make any changes until 12noon on Thursday and a copy of your picks plus other contest entries will always be viewable on this site. Play-in games are NOT included in the point system.

Step 3

Send your payment of $5/entry by mail or via paypal. A $0.50 surcharge is added to all Paypal entries. PLEASE INDICATE in Paypal or if sending a check, the name of the entry the payment:
